AiwasLabs sells home and clinic blood tests across the UK. We built the whole thing: a clinical CMS, an online store, a report parser for the doctors, patient accounts, booking, and a fast public website, all in one system.
The challenge
Every test is a product in its own right, with its own science, its own paperwork, and its own patients. Off the shelf could not hold it, so we built it from the ground up, with Inuvi supplying the testing packages.

Every test is a product carrying its own biomarkers, categories, FAQs, and educational content, all managed from a custom admin.

A report parser for the doctors
Clinicians upload a lab PDF and the parser pulls every biomarker into an editable report with values and reference ranges. They review, add notes, and sign off.
Results in the patient's account
Finished reports are tied to the patient and their booking, then published straight to their account and emailed, with no manual chasing.

Patients book a clinic visit or a home kit, and every appointment lands on a status driven calendar the team runs from one place.

A fast site, built to be found
The public website runs on Next.js and Tailwind, with product pages that teach and SEO built in, so patients can actually find it on Google.

The brief
Brand guide & logo
AiwasLabs had no brand to build on, so we created one. A dedicated brand guide and logo: the palette, the typography, and the voice the whole site and system are built on.

We launched on Vercel with Cloudflare in front, SEO and analytics wired in from day one, and stayed on to host, support, and improve it.

What started as a clinic with no website is now a complete operation. Patients find AiwasLabs on Google, learn from the test pages, order or book in a few taps, and get doctor reviewed results back in their account. Behind the scenes, the team runs everything, products, bookings, reports, and fulfilment, from a single admin they own outright.
