How I work

Seven steps, every build.

The repeatable process I run for every new website build or rebuild, with development, copywriting, SEO, and PPC working to the same sitemap and timeline from start to finish.

Kick-off & discovery

A deep dive into the business: website goals, services, required integrations like CallRail and ServiceTitan, and any constraints.

Sitemap & design direction

I draft a hierarchical sitemap, then brief the design team to produce three initial homepage concepts.

Design approval

Design review calls with the client, iterating until we have sign-off.

Build

Development starts the moment design is approved, working to an 8 week launch deadline.

Build management

Regular client contact throughout, sharing progress and catching scope creep early.

Launch & handoff

Go live, domain and DNS cut over, analytics and access handed to the client.

Ongoing management

New pages, promos, and blog content after launch, plus hosting, migrations, DNS, and uptime.

I put together upgrade proposals too: custom Next.js and Tailwind CSS rebuilds for clients whose sites are holding back their SEO and brand.
